The client, an agency managing multiple party rental businesses, wanted a centralized dashboard to monitor the performance of their GHL CRM subaccounts and help reduce churn.
Before this solution:
- Each subaccount was using different booking systems and social media tools.
- Tracking revenue, orders, customer growth, and marketing performance was manual and time-consuming.
- It was difficult to identify underperforming accounts or suggest improvements.
I built a custom internal dashboard that:
- Tracks customer revenue month-by-month, number of orders, and new customers gained
- Monitors rental items owned and overall utilization
- Measures response rates in conversations and social media usage
- Aggregates Google Ads performance
- Consolidates data across different booking systems used by clients
