🌍 Overview

To help agencies and their clients find relevant companies and decision-makers to sell to, we designed and developed a Prospecting tool inside GHL CRM. This feature allows users to filter a large database by fields such as Country, Industry, Role, Revenue, and more, and then import selected contacts and companies directly into their CRM.

Each imported record automatically creates a Contact, Company, and Opportunity in the CRM, enabling sales teams to immediately follow up with prospects. To balance accessibility with monetization, we built a credits-based import system:

This tool gave agency owners a way to not only improve their clients’ lead generation but also track imports, enforce limits, and monetize the feature through usage-based billing.
