🌍 Overview
The client wanted better visibility into their customer onboarding process and ongoing services. Previously, the company relied on Zapier to sync data between GHL subaccounts and HubSpot, but this approach:
- Was limited in functionality for custom business needs
- Could not track service subscriptions, client interactions, or area-based analytics
- Made it hard to identify growth opportunities in specific regions
I built a custom internal dashboard that:
- Tracks the progress of each client through the onboarding process
- Displays services subscribed by each client
- Shows last meeting with the Customer Success team
- Maps the area clients are serving and the population of that area
- Helps the company identify growth potential in underserved regions
