🌍 Overview
When GHL phone numbers receive A2P (Application-to-Person) approval, agencies often need their support teams to follow up promptly. Previously, this was a manual process — staff would have to check for approval emails, then manually create tickets in HubSpot for the support team.
To streamline this, I built a lightweight automation that:
- Listens for A2P approval emails
- Automatically creates a ticket in HubSpot when an approval is received
- Ensures that the support team can immediately take the next steps without delays
